Confirmation Rally

Our confirmation class will attend the confirmation rally at FUMC, Kingsville. They will meet other youth who from the district who are also becoming full members of the church.
Confirmation Sunday
May 31
Our youth in sixth grade have been meeting to learn what it means to be a Christian in the Methodist Church. They will take their places as full members of Wesley on May 31.
Mission Project
We're looking forward to the youth group from Houston coming to do a joint mission project in July.

CONGRATULATIONS, GRADS!
Four of our youth are graduating from high school this year! Fantastic. We commend their accomplishments. To show our love and support, we will honor them during both worship services on May 17. Help us lift them up at a noon meal following the second worship service.

Youth Choir Rally, May 1-3, University UMC, San Antonio
There will be breakouts for everything from acting or dance for worship, to voice coaching, brass sectionals, and praise band workshops with local worship leaders.
Instead of a prolonged free time period, there will be outreach and mission opportunities.
Friday is fellowship and fun night. Sunday will be a meal and full-out worship service with Rev. Ryan Barnett and Mark Swayze. Composer for the weekend is Mark Hayes.
